Healing with medical adhesive

- if it starts peeling off on its own leaving a part of the tattoo uncovered
- If its leaking
- If it feels itchy
Take the film off right away

Easiest and least painful way to remove the medical film is under running water.
Make sure to wash off all excess blood , ink, plasma and remaining adhesive.
Do not rub alcohol/sanitiser on the wound

Wash it thoroughly morning and evening, extra during the day if you get sweaty or dirty near the tattoo.
Use mild, fragnance free soap and luke warm water.

Carefully dry the area without rubbing it.
/ Do not use fabric towels!

Once clean and dry, gently apply a thin layer of a creamy tattoo ointment.
Extra precautions
- clean your hands before and after
- disinfect the packaging
- do not use product that has been open for 6 months or longer!
You can use your favourite ointment, Bepanthen or Helosan (vegan)

-Shower once a day, short and efficient, avoid soaking the plastic film/tattoo to maintain its longevity.
- First night after removing the adhesive wrap, make sure to sleep in clean bedsheets. Alternatively sleep in a clean & loose cotton/bamboo clothing piece.
